Altarum is excited to announce that our Communications and Public Affairs team, based in Washington, D.C., seeks a social media specialist with expertise in social media to help build the organization's brand and promote its work, solutions and policy ideas. In addition to social media outreach, this position also will involve media outreach, thought leadership, internal communications, marketing communications and general PR strategy and support.
Altarum is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a better, more sustainable future through ideas and action that transform health and health care in the U.S. We're addressing the nation's greatest challenges—from the rising cost of care to the opioid crisis—with some of the most influential people and institutions in health care.
The social media specialist will be a key member of a high-performing and collaborative PR team with a central role in contributing to Altarum's work and mission.
