Overview: What we are looking for:

  • We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to partner with our growing team of software engineers, data architects, data analysts, and healthcare policy experts to manage our on-going technical projects. This professional enjoys being in a fast-paced, start-up environment, tackling new challenges as they arise.  As a leader, the IT Project Manager will help juggle the day-to-day moving pieces of the project management life-cycle, particularly as it relates to system implementation.  Having experience working within the healthcare and consulting industries will help your technical and project management savviness, leading cross-functional teams to success.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage technical projects from start-to-finish; system implementation will be a big focus for this role
  • Take ownership and provide leadership of deliverables, timelines, communication, and budgets
  • Build and support relationships across cross-functional teams to foster appropriate and timely communication, addressing and resolving issues as they arise
  • Proactively assess progress, vulnerabilities, and risks -- identifying potential crises, and developing and executing contingency plans as needed


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience (PMP certification would be a bonus)
  • 5+ years of system implementation skills
  • Experience within the healthcare and consulting industries is strongly preferred
  • Leadership mentality with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across the organization
